Need motivation? Be like a Kid

Let me share you a video that I saw from Youtube "Best motivational video... uploaded by " This is best for those people who has a lot of good ideas but were not able to put those thoughts into actions; for those who are "always starting but not finishing"; for those who cannot begin doing their long-time plans; and for all those who experience "blockers" in their life that kept them from accomplishing their goals.

Burnout-free on Valentines Day

Valentines Day is only a few days left from now. Almost everyone is thinking what gift to give to their loved ones. Single ladies and gentlemen are pressured to find a date on that special day, couples are planning where to celebrate, while broken-hearted ones try to go abroad or travel elsewhere to forget. Everybody's preoccupied with that aspect of Valentines Day, and that is to find and give love. Indeed, it is happier to have somebody to share your love with but we sometimes forget to realize another aspect of this significant day and that is the importance of loving yourself.

Do you sometimes experience a feeling of emptiness? Of unexplained tiredness? Of going to a faraway place alone without any disturbance from anything? You don't feel like doing anything anymore. You lack interest in doing your daily routines. You feel like everyday is a bad day and because of too much exhaustion you feel like you have nothing more to give. Alas! You are not alone. Welcome to the world of burnout!

Who do you think is the culprit to all this? None other than...but you. Why? Because you're working too hard. It's because of your desire to earn more money to provide for your family, that you tend to overwork yourself to the extent that you are already unconsciously abusing your own body. Little did you know that you are already damaging and killing your body cells which causes you to feel stressed out and burnout.

This Valentines Day, why don't you schedule a date with yourself for a change. Set aside this date apart from your date with your loved one. Make this day a time to rest your body for a while. Find a way to pamper yourself like treating yourself with a whole body massage, a foot spa or facial. As much as possible, stay away from your daily routines and free your mind from worries. Indulge in your forgotten hobby like biking, or any activity you enjoyed doing before. Exercise and meditate. Revitalize your body by getting more sleep. Relax and travel if necessary. In this way, you can regain all the lost energy and recover balance in your life. A peaceful mind can easily make you become focused and motivated in achieving your plans in life. Practice loving yourself more often so you could live a burnout-free life. Happy Valentines Day everyone.

Learn How to be Debt-free, Earn Extra Income at Home

Are you having financial problems right now? Are you worrying where to get money to pay for your monthly bills? Have you just received your payslip and after computing your salary, turned out that nothing is left anymore for your other expenses. In short, your current income is not enough to support your everyday living. You want to be debt-free and earn extra income but you don't know how.

So what do you do? Tendency is, you will use your credit card to buy groceries or you will loan some money from a friend or to any lending company, right? Next month, same process continues, income goes to bills and expenses while nothing is left for savings and emergency needs. Worse, your payables increase because of the loan you made last month.

How long do you think this cycle continues? And because you cannot afford to pay anymore all of those bills, you will try to find ways to earn extra income. Most employees might render overtime services in their office, go home late, or work on Saturdays and even holidays. Others will even work abroad just to pay all those bills and be able to support their family. In effect, you won't be able to spend quality time with your loved ones anymore and that could lead to destroyed relationships, frustrations, disappointments and even sickness. You may earn more money but a feeling of emptiness will sink through you. Probably, as of now, you might be desperate to earn extra money to suffice all your needs.

I have good news for you. Stop worrying from now on because you can actually earn money beside your loved ones. Let me share with you what I discovered proven ways how you could break free from your current financial situation and earn exponential income just by working at home.

5 Secrets on How to Make your Dreams Come True

Have you had experienced waking up early in the morning with so many ideas popping out from your head? You had this big project that you want to start but you don't know how or if you would even have to do it or not. You have dreamed of it for a very long time to happen and now you have come to a point that you are at your highest drive and passion to do it. Still, you can't start because at the back of your head, you started to feel hesitant and fearful. But what are you afraid of? What's stopping you from doing it? Let me share you 5 secrets on how to make your dreams come true?

1. Focus
People have this tendency in wanting to do too many things at the same time. There is lack of clarity on what you really want to do. You have lots of passion in several things that you can't focus anymore on what specifically you like the most.  If you are not sure what to choose, why don't you write down all your thoughts first. List down all the things/dreams that you want to do and rank them according to your priorities. Choose only one that you love the most and focus on that.

2. Erase all those Fears
The only way in managing your fears is by learning to trust in yourself. Have faith and believe that you can do it. Build your confidence. Don't be afraid to fail. It doesn't matter whether you win or lose because in the end the lessons that you'll learn is worth more than the results that you get.

3. Gather your Resources
In order to succeed in your plans, you must first be equipped with the right resources. You must allot yourself with a lot of time, money, and effort. You might need to sacrifice some of the things that you usually do like watching television, Facebook, chatting with friends, or listening to music. You will also need to have a good mentor. Seek for successful people in the same field. You have to learn how to lower your pride and ask for help. Accept the fact that you cannot do it alone.

4. Increase your inner drive
Today you may have the greatest passion for your dreams but it's up to you how to maintain that inner drive. Make a commitment with that specific goal. Write it down and post it somewhere where you could see it everyday. Make that dream your inspiration in your everyday living. Surround yourself with people who could be of great help in achieving your dreams.

5. Action, Action, Action
Nothing will happen in your dreams unless you take action. It is only you who can define your destiny. The power is in you. All you need to do is start now. Not tomorrow, not until you have the time, not until you have enough money, but NOW.

Now that you have all the secret ingredients in making your dreams come true, i just hope that i have inspired you to make a move now. Success are for those people who make it happen. You may have all the best theories and successful stories in the world but you only make your dreams come true. Your success lies in your hands. Don't just sit there and watch how others succeed. Don't just read books and listen to a lot of seminars. Apply what you have learned and do it now.
